Cloud on Illustrator iPad Disconnected

Hi! I’m user of adobe illustrator on iPad. I can’t access my adobe font because the cloud is keep disconnected. I already checked my connection and there’s no problem with my connection, but the cloud is keep disconnected. Is there someone that have the same issue?
