Cloud save of AIC file not opening/downloading
I have an AIC file I've been working on and saving to the cloud that now refuses to open or download. I've tried the following:
- restarting
- signing out and back in again
- renaming the file
- creating a copy of the document
- opening the file from both the Illustrator app and the creative cloud through the browser version and in the desktop app
- I've reset my account preferences
The app is up to date (version 28.5) and my Mac is running Sonoma 14.5. I am only utilizing a small portion of my account cloud storage.
It is only this singular file which is giving me difficulty. Any other trouble-shooting options you could recommend would be greatly appreciated! This file had many days of work go into it and I would prefer to not start from scratch!
