CMMI10 can't be found on Windows 10 adobe illustrator(AI) 2023

I have install the cmmi10 on my system. And actually, I can use cmmi10 in AI (see fig1). However, when i open a file containing CMMI10, AI fail to recognize the CMMI10 font.
