CMYK colors looks to different

Illustarotr color profiles

New document in CMYK mode. Im inserting manually color values 100%, 0%, 51%, 45% this is how it looks:

What I'm doing wrong?

So you are doing this in an "online color converter"

With 100% cyan in it I can't see how that online color tool result could ever work.

Actually converting rgb to cmyk. I know this tool are very approximate but my actual result is way to different. So my Ilustrator config is ok?

US Web Coated is somewhat outdated and I would not convert the profiles (most certainly not the CMYK profiles) when opening files.

Also: check on all the warnings.

Forget those online conversion tools.
