hola buen día, no puedo abrir mi illustrator me sale este mensaje: Código de error: 12011. ya me debitarón el pago de mi mensualidad pero aun sigue sin abrir.

@AndresJoens_Bernal0405 Error code 12011 in Adobe Illustrator typically indicates a problem with the printer or printing preferences (we got this when our new project coordinator started with us, and we updated everything but her printer!). It can range from an issue with the printer driver, print queue, or the way Illustrator is configured to communicate with the printer.
