color changing problem in cmyk

HI please can anyone help me out?
i have this file cmyk file and other rgb file, when i copy color code from "rgb" and when i replace color in "cmyk" i get color exact color but code change into different code... in illustrator

That is called Color Management, keep the color impression, but change the numbers to achieve that.

There is a lot to learn about color management
