Color Contrast Checker in CC?

Is there a color contrast checker available within Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.? This would be an extremely helpful tool for graphic/web designers to ensure their color designs are accessible without having to leave CC to use a third-party app.

    There is the colorblindness preview option.

    But no built in color contrast checker.
