Question

Color dragged to swatch panel from fill shows a number after the CMYK values, why?

I'm working in a CMYK document in Illustrator.
I dragged the fill color (from fill and stroke area) of a shape I drew into my swatch panel. When I did that, there are CMYK values that identify what's in that color, but a 1 also shows after the CMYK values listed (C=10 M=86 Y=35 K=0 1)

Why is this? What does it mean?

Thank you

Tried it again with a color that did not exist as a swatch and it also adds a 1.

Why? I don't know.

Thanks for your response.
Maybe it adds the number(s) to indicate how it was made (dragged from toolbar as opposed to some other way).

Mystery!

I see, from the toolbar.

If that color already exists in the swatches panel, a number gets added.

The first time 1, if you do it again 2 and so on.

Where do you drag it from?
