Color Edit doesn't work on color group

Question

Hello, I have an extremely annoying bug:
I have a global color group, I want to change the colors of this group with color edit. But first, when I move the color handles, the illustration doesn't preview. And if I validate the color choice, it replaces the color group, but deactivates the global color function, which unlinks all the illustration's colors (and the illustration's colors don't change, of course).
I've done the update and it doesn't change anything.I've restarted the software and it doesn't change anything.
Please help me!

Which version of Illustrator are you using?
What operating system are you on (e.g., Windows 10, macOS Big Sur, etc.)?
Can you share a short video demonstrating the issue?

In the meantime, you can try these steps:

Please check if this works in an older Illustrator version.
Check if this is happening in this particular file or all.
Reset Illustrator preferences. Sometimes, preferences can become corrupted, causing unexpected behavior.
