Color formula in Pantone Connect does not match with Pantone Color Bridge

I recently bought pantone color bridge (coat/uncoated) and subscribe to Pantone Connect.

When I look at the color formula of the same pantone color between these 2 tools I found out the formula are slightly different.

For example, I choose Pantone 2349 U

In Pantone Connect this is the color formula for RGB and HEX

RGB 192 78 55

HEX #C04E37

While in Pantone Color Bridge Coated the formula slightly changed

RGB 193 81 59

HEX #C1513B

Why this is happening? Which one is the correct one?

I don't know which color profiles and method Pantone choose to convert their colors.

It always depends on that. You will have to ask them.
