color libraries not uploading

Illustrator the color libraries are not intializing any solution...

Can you describe the steps you are taking?

Load a library from the Swatches panel, save a library from the Swatches panel?

The library shows color palette by default, for some reason it’s not
uploading.

Any steps to get this resolved plz let me know

I am not sure what you mean by uploading (it may be a language problem). Can you show some screendumps?
