color profiles ¿Error?

Hi, today I turned on my iMac (I turned it off on Saturday as usual) I always use the default color profiles but today every file I open tells me to choose whether the embedded profile or the file where it will open, I've tried everything changing to the profile that I've always used but when I export to PDF with the same settings as always the color is different (using the same profile that I've always used) help 😞 I need to send a file to be printed in bulk and I'm very worried about the color issue
