Color Replacement from pantone swatch color to cyan process color

Hi All,

Please find whether this is possible using Illustrator 10 Sdk.

Is there any way to replace a Pantone Swatch Color(Spot Color) to the equal percentage of cyan process color.

If possible can any one give me the code snippets?
