Colors changing when moving graphics from Illustrator to Premiere Pro?

Just checking in to see if you're still running into this issue. If you are, please share the following so we can take it forward with the team:

1. Your exact OS and Illustrator versions
2. Screenshots of:
   • Your Adobe Color settings
   • The color settings used for your monitor calibration
   • The same file open side by side in Illustrator and Premiere Pro, showing the color difference

With those, we'll have what we need to investigate. If the issue has already been resolved, kindly mark the helpful reply as the correct answer so others can benefit.

Are the graphics that were created in Illustrator using the full RGB color range? If so, the dynamics of the color range are probably getting compressed once the graphics are brought into Premiere Pro to make the colors “legal” for whatever video preset is being used, such as the Rec 709 standard commonly used for broadcast TV, YouTube, etc.

When creating graphics in Illustrator for use in either After Effects or Premiere Pro it’s probably best to create the graphics using a video-based document preset rather than a document style meant for print (CMYK) or web (RGB).
