Colors Missing in Swatches Panel

I tried to replicate the work in this tutorial. For that I downloaded similar Ai file from Freepik. But colors are missing in my Swatches panel. How to fix it? Tutorial is attached.

The content of the Swatches palette is document-specific. Therefore it varies.

When opening raster images, the Swatches palette is usually almost empty.

There are many Ai files in Freepik. Is it possible to find which file suitable for this example?
