Colour picker - colour spectrum not displaying properly

Hi there,

 

Does anyone know how I can reset the Colour Spectrum bar in colour picker? Mine is permanently displaying a small range of colours, but I'd prefer the classic view with the full spectrum (below). Any help would be hugely appreciated.
