Colour profile warnings

I have just started (over the last week) getting a colour profile warning on every existing document I open. I have always used Bridge to sync my adobe apps (Illustrator, PS, Indesign) for euro swop press. Over the last few days I get a warning when opening an existing document saying the embedded profile is not supported and will be discarded. I Opened Bridge and it said my apps were NOT colour synced??!! I re-synced them but I'm still getting the message. Anyone else having this problem?

Are your settings changing to 'Emulate Illustrator 6.0'?

Mac, colour profiles are being deleted not converted. The error message says that the file contains an unsupported illustrator 6.0 profile. I have to open Bridge, go to colour settings, select a profile and click apply. I have had to do that twice today and I have not restarted my machine.
