Command keys not working together in Illustrator

When I try to use two command keys together in Illustrator, one of them stops working. For instance:

-Shift+Drag (constrain proportions) PLUS Option+Drag (lock the movement along a certain axis).

-Shift+Drag (constrain proportions) PLUS Command+Drag (create a new shape using the starting point as its center).

I can do one or the other, but apparently I can't do both at the same time now.

I have tried this in Photoshop and it works fine. I have updated to the latest Illustrator CC version (updated today, 5th June 2017 but the problem persists. I'm working on a Macbook Pro with Sierra (10.12.3)

I have searched the forums and couldn't find a topic about this exact same problem, so I was wondering if someone might have a solution.

Thanks in advance.

Correct answer Monika Gause

Please update Sierra to the latest version 10.12.5

And then: do you have a Wacom installed?

Hi Monika,

Thanks for the quick response.

I updated Sierra and now it works fine.

I do have a Wacom installed, could that have been the problem?

Unfortunately, yes.

Sometimes you need to upgrade the driver, sometimes you need to downgrade it, you never know.
