Command + Space periodically stops working as a shortcut for hand tool

Restarting the app doesn't help. I need to restart my computer so that I can use this functionality again.
The shrotcut works and after some time it just stops working whenever. Very unresponsive..

luchiyar,

It may be thinlable that something else is messing with your shortcuts.

Is it also happening if you have no other applications open?

You may also consider what else is running all by itself.

The shortcut is the same as the iOS "Spotlight search" but it still works when Illustrator is on focus.

I have tried to change the shortcut on illustrator for testing purposes, so that I know if this is the issue. It still wouldn't work with the new shortcut. So I assume it is not related to the same binding keys. It happens from time to time with no actual reason.

I haven't detected the issue with no other apps open because this is a very rare working case and will not actually happen in production. Also I have almost always the same apps open.

But I will definitely try to see next time if a certain app is to blame for this.
