Como pasar de IA a JPG

Hola buenos dias, queria consultarles como puedo cambiar el formato del trabajo que estoy haciendo sin perder la calidad con la cual lo estoy haciendo, intente trasferir el archivo en internet pero el formato de la escritura se pierde, si hay alguna forma de cambiarlo en el programa por favor avisarme.

When exporting as a jpeg, go to the "Resolution" drop-down menu. Select High 300 dpi. Is your artwork in Illustrator vector or a placed image?
