Compatibility of AI 2021/2022 with GraphPad software

Good afternoon. I'm experiencing some issues with AI and its compatibility with the sftw GraphPad. This last sftw is used to generate graphs and have some statistics. Once you have the graphs, they can easily copied in AI. However, with the new version of AI I'm not more able to copy the graphs and an error message appears every time I'm trying.

Does anyone having the same issues?

Hi there,

 

Sorry to hear about the trouble. I would suggest you reach out to the GraphPad team to check if it is compatible with the latest version. According to their old help article, Illustrator CC 2020 is working fine while copying & pasting. Also, could it be possible for you to share the screenshot of the error message you are getting?
