Concept to Vector - does it work ?

Adobe Cc -I have been trying to use 'Concept to Vector tool' for the first time, attempting the simplest task of a line drawing and creating a line vector and I still get a RED notice that there is high demand and I should try the prompt later. I see others posted the same issue 1 and 2 years ago - has it been resolved? How patient do we need to be?
