NO SE SI A ALGUIEN LE HA OCURRIDO QUE AL SELECCIONAR UN OBJETO NO TOMA LA MEDIDA DEL PATH SI NO QUE TOMA LA MEDIDA DEL TRAZO (GROSOR DE LINEA) HAY ALGUNA FORMA EN DODNE SE CONFIGURA ESA SELECCION

If I understand you correctly:
in your screenshot there is a checkbox: Use preview bounds

Deactivated (as in your screenshot) it always takes the pure dimensions of the path. A contour thickness is not taken into account.
Activated it always shows the path plus contour thickness.

Ok. That's weird.

I thought it worked for me in the past.

Suggestion for a quick workaround:

set the contour to "Align contour inside"
then change the size of your artboard
change the contour back to centre or outside.
