Converting transparency gradient to 100% color

I'm using illustrator and Photoshop for printing on garments projects and trouble that I'm facing is transparency gradients. They look amazing on canvas whilst design but problem I'm facing is converting those effects with 100% color. 

Printing on garments require white backing so when I have design with transparency changing colour white underneath is dominant and destroy whole design. For now we have to use half tones to deduct problematic sections or creating dotted half tones. 

Function of converting effects like shadows/lights or gradients with transparency it to full colour will allow any print service to save huge amount of time to work with adjusting it to printing methods. 

Every shade of colour have equivalent in CYMK or RGB without using transparency or its very close to originals. Can you please work on function like this? 👍
