copy an image multiple times in a "template"

Hi, is there a fast and easy way to importa an image and it is automatically duplicated into a "template".

The "template" look like this (the imported image must be placed inside these frames).

You may also take a look at Alexander Ladygin's script called Griddder. Optionally it incorporates Illustrator's native Transform effect and there are some other useful options.
