Copy previous custom stroke styles (from previous versions of Illustrator)?

Hey all, 

 

Just wondering if there's a shortcut to copying my custom stroke styles--from the stroke toolbar--I created from AI 2023 to 2024...every year I just end up remaking these, and I'm sure there's a glaringly easy answer?

You may want to save a copy of the VariableWidthProfiles that can be found in the Application folder >Support Files > Resources > (language).

And use that to replace the newly installed ones.
