Copy shapes from illustrator to word in macbook deosn't work

Hello guys,

After I changed my laptop from Windows to Macbook I noticed that it stopped copying from Illustrator as a shape in Word and it converted everything I copied into pictures not just in Word but even PowerPoint which was annoying and decreased my work quality. It is important for me to copy and paste easily in Word, I hope there is a solution.
