Copying an object with freeform gradient

Hello,

 

I am having this issue where copying and object with freeform gradient applied to it and pasting it in another document it is added as a clip group and inside it is something called "Non-Native Art", it looks the same but I can not edit the gradient anymore. I added an image to clarify the issue.

Thanks for reaching out. I tried replicating this behavior on my end but could not. Would you mind checking if you have any third-party clipboard managers or plugins enabled and disabling them temporarily to see if it helps? Also, confirm the version of the OS/Illustrator installed so I can check it with the team.

It also happens when pasting on the same file!
