I would like to know; I want to share illustration videos on Youtube and other social media channels. But for that I need to share my Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop interface. Am I allowed to this? Can I share videos of me doing illustrations on Photoshop and Illustrator on Youtube and Instagram? Thank you. (I know there are lots of people doing this, but I just want to know what it's allowed, what it's not)

I've never seen an official answer to this, but as someone who has livestreamed for a couple of years, "Yes, you can!"

You don't need any license to show a hammer and a nail on YouTube. Adobe apps are the hammer, your content is the nail. Of course there's a million finer points to this, but suffice it to say that this is the basic approach.
