Corner widgets

When I try to create an outline of the letter "E" where it's like a shape with an interior, one of the corners, top left, doesn't include a "corner widget like the others so you can make it round. How do I put this one in, and why would there be only one missing?

    When you convert a font letter into an outline, it could have two points at the same spot, that's blocking the corner widget to activate. So better use pen tool and click the that corner point to eliminate that overlay point thne use direct selection tool to select and the corner widget will be activated. 🙂
