Corrupted Menu: Effect -> SVG Filters

Running Illustrator CC (Version 22.0.1) under Windows 10, Fall Creator's Update

This is what I see when I open the SVG Filters submenu under Effects - anyone else? Suggestions as to how to uncorrupt the menu?

same here with chinese characters. adobe is constantly deteriorating 😞

This is an old thread. Which version are you using? Which system? Which language?

Did you already reboot the computer?

Reset the preferences?
