"Couldn't Open Tutorial" -- Hand's on Tutorial

Hello!

In Illustrator 2024 on a Mac M1 Pro with MacOS Sonoma I get the following error trying to open any hands-on tutorial in the application: "Couldn't Open Tutorial." I'm a teacher and we are trying to use these in the classroom but if they don't work I'll need to do something else. All hands-on tutorials do this.

Sorry to hear about this experience. Would you mind trying to run Illustrator under a different administrator account (Windows / macOS) and connecting to a different Wi-Fi network to check if it helps?

After leaving campus, restarting my computer, turning off Private Relay, and coming back to campus the next day--it works.
