Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with Adobe Illustrator when trying to export multiple files in the ESP format. After exporting 2 or 3 files, the program crashes. Is anyone else experiencing this problem, or can anyone offer assistance?

Thank you for your response, Bobby.

I think I have solved the problem for now. I was using Dr. Cleaner to clear the memory cache. I removed this program, and the issue was resolved.

I assume you mean EPS (aka Encapsulated Postscript), correct?

Do these crashes happen with any files exported in EPS, no matter how simple the artwork may be? The EPS format has some serious limitations. It can't support transparent fills and some of the other advanced effects in Illustrator. If your artwork uses any of those newer features you may need to export art as PDF files instead.

Hello @Eray34848222mawq,

We understand how frustrating it can be to encounter crashes in the middle of work. Would you mind trying the suggestions shared in this help article (https://adobe.ly/4g2SWOw) and checking if they help?

Also, kindly check if Illustrator behaves this way when working with specific files or when opening from/exporting to specific folders. Additionally, submit the crash report using your Adobe email address and share it here for quick tracking. Steps are shared here: (https://adobe.ly/4fYYUQh). We appreciate your time and patience in helping us resolve this issue.

Thanks,
Anubhav

Thank you for your concern.

I have tried many different methods. I even reinstalled Illustrator a few times and tried its older versions as well. However, I believe I found the issue today. It seems that the problem was caused by another program called Dr. Cleaner. I uninstalled this program, and the issue has been resolved.
