Crash Report

Has anybody actually ever received an email/message back from Adobe from their crash reports, or it the dialog box just "for fun?" It's incredibly annoying when Illustrator, the main conspirator for me, constantly crashes and interrupts my work, and the lack of response from the report box is very frustrating. I wonder if Adobe actually responds back to people or if all the crash reports just ultimately get ignored and you have to deal with it yourself.
