Crash when saving multiple artboards as eps

In the new version Illustrator (29.1) always crashes when I try to save several artboards as eps. Now I can only save one or two pages at a time without crashing. This is really tedious with many pages. I hope that the problem will be fixed quickly!

I have the exact same issue occuring in 29.1, 29.2, and 29.2.1. The only (non)fix that worked for me was downgrading 29.0.1.

Mac OS Sonoma 14.7.2

Yes, everything worked fine with version 29.0.1. I'm also considering whether to downgrade again. But then I always have to make all the personal settings and as I have a lot of work at the moment, I'm putting it off.

29.0.1 is now crashing, as well.

Hello @mackimi,

I understand crashes in the middle of work can be frustrating. Would you mind confirming the OS version and if Illustrator behaves this way when working with a particular file(s) or file(s) from specific folders so I can better assist you?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

It is the latest version of Illustrator (29.1) and it doesn't matter which file I use to write eps. The crash happens with different files. In the previous Illustrator version I had no problems with saving e.g. 70 pages as eps. I had reinstalled a previous Illustrator version because of the crashes and today I accidentally reinstalled the latest version.
