Crash with Error in loading plugins on Windows 10

When i try and start illustrator, i get an error that says there is a error loading plugins and then lists a host of them. Illustrator then crashes.

I am using windows 10. i just purchased this

Thanks for reaching out. If you have a damaged font or an incompatible plug-in installed, the application would crash.
