Crashes everytime I reopen frequently close tab to get vectors from past work

Question

It's been a week but since the new update, my apps crashes from time to time.

I am constantly checking my windows process and it suspends Adobe Illustrator then after a few minutes it just not respond. It's been like this for a week and it messes with my normal flow.

Plus when I'm zooming in and out, my vectors gets really blurry for like few seconds.

hope you can help me out.

My device is
1660 TI
R9 3900x
24gb ram
1tb ssd
4 HDD
1 HDD
256 SSD for games
