Création de graphiques 3D dans Illustrator

Bonjour,

Je vien de faire la mise a jour 2022 de illustrator et voulant essayer la nouvelle fonctionnalité 3D le logiciel me dit "Impossible d'effectuer l'opération en raison d'une erreur indéterminée.[CIr?]".

Et je n'arrive pas a trouver de solution pour que cela fonctionne, quelqu'un saurait y remédier ?
