Creation of output files using Ai

I have a client visual made up of 20 signs at quarter of the size. I now have to create output files with bleed for these signs to 100% scale. is there any way I can use ai or actions to automate the creation of these output files (creating these as multi page document is not an option does not suit the format within the visual presentation))
