Hello, the company I work for renewed my Adobe license and I cannot access the creative cloude files of my previous account. How can I get my files back?

They also set up a new account for you? You sign in differently now?

Is that a Creative Cloud Team license?

"The company I work for created a new Adobe account, and how do I access the files from my inactive account?"
