Creative Cloud App Plugins page not working.

I am wanting to download a new Illustrator plugin, but every time I try to open the plugins page in the marketplace in Creative Cloud it just gives me a "Something went wrong. Restart Creative Cloud desktop app to see plugins." error. I have restarted multiple times and it still won't load. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Did you already try and sign out of your Adobe account and then in again?

    Hello @alishaw96151547,

I am sorry to hear about your experience. I hope Monika's suggestions helped resolve the problem. If not, kindly try the following steps and check if it helps:

    • Close all Adobe applications
    • Remove the Creative Cloud Desktop application, CCLibrary, and CoreSync using the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool (https://adobe.ly/3XhFihR)
    • Reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop application (https://adobe.ly/3Tgjx0y)

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Thanks,
