Creative Cloud File Share - Viewer inaccuracies and artwork edges

Hello!

Hope this is going in the right community... thanks in advance for any input!

My employee shared a file with me for review, using the "Share" button in the Illustrator working file.

When I got it, I thought that he had not properly bled the artwork off the edges, because the file viewer in the Creative Cloud webpage (adobe.assets.com) was showing some inconsistent white edges.

I checked his artwork, and everything was bled well off the page as it was supposed to be. Upon further inspection, the white edge changes when zooming in and out. Goes away, comes back, changes which edge it's on, etc...

Has anyone else experiences this? What is the root of this issue?

It's one thing when this happens internally, but if I had sent this to an actual client for review? Only to have them think I'm a moron who didn't even bother to check my files before sending them? Lol, please advise 🙂

Thanks!

You'd probably want to make a bug report: https://illustrator.uservoice.com

Thank you, I'll do that. Would you recommend reporting it as an Illlustrator bug? OR Creative Cloud bug?

It's only happening when you view this file online, right? I would assume it's a CC bug then. But report it to the Illustrator team. I hope that they sort it into the correct channels internally.
