Creative Cloud Files window

How do I get rid of the 'Creative Cloud Files' window that appears when I close an Illustrator file? I've tried turning off the 'Show the workspace when no documents are open' option, but this simply changes the annoying 'Creative Cloud Files' window to an equally annoying blank, grey window. It's tedious having to close this window to enable you to see what's on your desktop.

It's  not in Preferences. it is in the Window menu:

Window > Application Frame

Screenshot 1: CC files window.

Screenshot 2: with 'show the workspace option ...' turned off.

Look just above the buttons in the upper left that say “Create New” & “Open”. Just above that is Recent and CC Files. You have CC Files selected. Switch to Recent.
