Critical bug in Illustratir 28.5

The latest version of Illustrator (28.5 Win 10) has a critical bug. I have played it several times already. To do this, you need to move the image by holding the space bar to the right, and then click on the right corner of the horizontal scroll line. The program is guaranteed to freeze and does not respond to any button or mouse click.

Hello @VADIM36901869hp2o,

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I tried replicating this on my end but was unable to. Would you mind sharing some more details, like the exact version of the OS and a screen recording of the problem (https://adobe.ly/4byMNqc) so that we can investigate this further?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,

Anubhav

I recorded a video on my phone so that the reaction to the keyboard could also be seen. As you can see, this error appears even in a clean document. The operating system is Windows 10. I work with a Huyon Inspiro 2m tablet. Although the reaction to the mouse is the same. Nvidia Experience drivers are also installed in the system. I will try to remove them.

Hello @VADIM36901869hp2o,

Thanks for sharing the details. Would you mind disconnecting the Huion tablet and then relaunching Illustrator to try and replicate this problem and check if it works? If yes, kindly try removing and reinstalling the tablet drivers (https://adobe.ly/4bYjXjo) to check if it helps. Also, try disabling Windows Ink under the tablet settings and share your observations.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,

Anubhav
