Yesterday around 22:30 CET, my Illustrator 2025 (v29.8.9) on my MacBook M4 Max, Tahoe 26.5.2 Cloud Document suddenly corrupted while I was working. Most of my logos, packaging designs disappeared and the corrupted version synced automatically to Creative Cloud. I no longer have access to Version History in Illustrator. When I open the file in the browser (chrome), the file is bugging.. so no chance for a version history. The design had lots of effects and gradients. Lots of self-made logos.. Everything I was working for longer than a week is gone. I need to know if Adobe can restore the server-side revision of my Cloud Document from before 22:30. It’s a commercial work and my presentation for the file is this coming Friday. Please help me.

Thank you so much. I got help via the hotline.

If you face the same issue as me: go to your file, make a copy first, back to the original file, go to window > version history (in german: Fenster > Versionsverlauf) and choose the time before the bug/crash. This one helped me. Thank you Monika!

Can you access the version history via the web? https://adobe.com/files
