Crop Document simply, no Artboards

Ok, I'm new to illustrator, I'm very unfamiliar with the artboard system as it wasn't quite as prevalent in photoshop.

On to the image below, I just want to crop the canvas to the outer box and remove the inner artboard entirely, it's quite distracting for me and I want to know exactly what image I'll get when I export
