Hi @JDenny,

Thanks for reaching out. What Monika suggested is correct. Here is the step-by-step guide on how to crop a square into a circle:

  • Place/ embed your .png file in Adobe Illustrator.

  • Create a circle shape using the Ellipse tool. Press and hold the Shift key while drawing to ensure a perfect circle. Position the circle over the area of the .png file that you want to crop into a circle.

  • Arrange the circle shape to be on top of the .png file. Go to the "Object" menu, choose "Arrange," and select "Bring to Front" to move the circle shape to the top.

  • Select both the circle shape and the .png file.

  • Use the "Clipping Mask > Make" option to crop the .png file into a circle. Go to the "Object" menu, choose "Clipping Mask," and select "Make" (or press ctrl+7 or cmd +7 on Mac). This will crop the .png file within the circle shape.

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

Best,

Anshul
