CS5: When I 'save for web' the TYPE OPTIMIZED feature doesn't work. Anti-aliasing doesn't work.

Illustrator CS5: When I 'save for web' the TYPE OPTIMIZED feature doesn't work. Anti-aliasing doesn't work. Same rough-text effects whether this option is selected or not.
