Custom color swatches in external file

Is it possible to save custom color swatches in external file? If it is lost retrieve. Because some of my custom color swatches are missing.

You can save your swatches in any Illustrator file.

 

Then when you need them, go to the swatches panel and there Open a library > Other library

swatches are always document based.

 

So you can save them in external files and you can load them from there. In order to have them in new files by default, the swatches need to be in New document profiles.

I mean saving in external folder in Windows explorer.
