Custom pattern color possible

Is it possible to get custom dots color? I got this red color by exporting native black dots in Ai & importing it in Ps.

Or Use Recolor Artwork to change the color of an object filled with a pattern. It will automatically create a new color version of the pattern.

Double-click on the swatch in the swatches panel (not the library) to edit the pattern in the pattern editor.
